Unless I'm insulting Flash." Mj answered flatly. "You know you can sit down, Loser." Mj said pointing to the seat on the other side of her. "She says things like that all the time, you'll get used to it, Ruby." Peter answered the questioning look the girl gave him. "You've got good taste." Mj replied blankly. Mj finally looked up and noticed the girl. "I love that book" Ruby said motioning to the book Mj was reading.
"Hey Mj" Peter replies, sitting in the seat besides her. "Sup, Loser." Mj says, barely looking up from her book. Mj is in this class too, you'll like her." Peter explains as they walk into the classroom and towards the back, where Mj already was. "This teacher is a bit of a pain but we can sit wherever. "Come on, our first class is english." Peter says closing his locker. She didn't mind that her dad was always trying to protect her but being put on the same schedule as a literal superhero? That was a bit much in her opinion. "Of course it is." Ruby replied with a fake smile. "Oh, it looks like we have all the same classes and your locker is near mine." The pair began to walk out of the office. Can I see your schedule?" He said, returning the smile. "Hi, Pete." Ruby said, giving him a smile. Ruby turned to face the slightly taller boy. With that Peter entered the office, with his book bag in tow. Rhodes, I have your schedule right here and oh, there's Peter, hell show you around the school." "Can I help you?" Mrs.Beatrice at the front desk asked. She walked into the building and into the office that was at the entrance of the building. She didn't actually need the glasses but they were connected to ROSE (Ruby's own secret escape), another version of Friday and regular glasses were less suspicious than sunglasses. Her brown hair was pulled back into a neat high ponytail and she was wearing glasses. Ruby was dressed in a red sundress and black leather jacket despite it being the fall. She was smart, outspoken, not socially awkward and the daughter of Tony freaking Stark.
To be honest Peter was intimidated by Ruby. Yes, she knew but he also knew her real name. She already met one of the students, Peter Parker, aka spiderman. She could have easily been in college by now but her mom wanted her to have a normal school experience. Ruby was starting her first day at Midtown High School of Science as a sophomore. They had been dating on and off when Ruby was born and they only recently got engaged, sixteen years later. She remembered her father telling her mother. If she's not gonna go by her own last name, at least take Rhodey's. She took her uncle's last name as a fake name because her dad insisted on it.
